We explored how heat can cause solids to change to liquids, by looking at the impact of heat on ice over time. We also investigated how water vapour can change to liquid and what happens when you add salt to ice.

Having a good knowledge of the melting and freezing temperatures of a material helped us to understand the process.  Excellent experimenting Maple Class!
