Year 6 had an amazing couple of nights at PGL, Caythorpe. They took part in activities including raft building, abseiling, high ropes and camp-fire. They had a great time and behaved impeccably.

Year 6 had an amazing couple of nights at PGL, Caythorpe. They took part in activities including raft building, abseiling, high ropes and camp-fire. They had a great time and behaved impeccably.
After studying very hard for SATs assessments, Year 6 children (and the rest of school) were rewarded with a visit some free time and an ice-cream!
Oak class produced a very professional and informative DAaRT Graduation for parents and carers. Officer Lisi attended and was very impressed by their knowledge and advice. Thanks again to our PTFA who funded the programme.
Oak class led a beautiful Easter service in church. Thank you also to Reverend Mary and Jeremy for their contributions.

We had an amazing time on a whole school trip at The Deep in Hull. We loved the sharks, stingrays and the penguins as well as learning about ph levels in the oceans, linked to climate change.
During Science week, we had visits from a chemical engineer, Nottinghamshire CSI, a veterinarian, a veterinarian nurse, a pilot, a cardiologist, a cosmologist and an ophthalmologist. What a fascinating week! Thank you to all for their time.
We had a great time visiting the recycling centre in Mansfield, seeing the journey our rubbish goes on and thinking about more ways of reducing, reusing and recycling.
We helped each other to make 'worry worms' and mindfulness bookmarks in house groups this afternoon. We are looking forward to Yoga sessions in PE sessions tomorrow with Miss B.
We dressed examples of what Muslim people might wear in different countries all over the world.
Greg, who is an Environmental Officer, came to talk to us about waste products and what we do with them - reducing, reusing and recycling.
