Published 18/07/23, by Tracy FrancisYear 6 visited St. Michael and the Archangel church and the Time Travelling Team for a wonderful session. We learnt about the historical importance of the font, the stained-glass window, the lectern, the altar and the organ. Some of us even had a go at playing a tune!

Published 09/06/23, by Tracy FrancisAs part of our RE curriculum and our History topic (World War 2), we visited the Holocaust museum in Laxton. We began with a tour of The Journey exhibition led by an educator. We were taken through a series of rooms, each designed to authentically represent a time period in Nazi Germany between 1933 and 1938 and a stage in a child’s personal journey, then we were able to learn about specific survivor's stories. At the end, we all placed a stone on the memorial.
